What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The 5 different reception staff was exceptional. They were all very helpful, polite and respectful and carried out their duties and responsibilities with professionalism.
Also, the rooms were clean and presentable and the beds were huge and comfortable. As I stayed in two different rooms(318 and 312), the conditions were the same.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The heating. The radiators were never hot enough to be satisfactorily effective. I had to keep my cold weather coat on in the room for most of my stay..
The pressure of the shower in Room 318 was marginally stronger than a dribble.
However, for a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay their again.
