lovely room requested quiet room got exactly that room was comfortable ,clean ,warm and fit for purpose The housekeeping was excellent The front of house was excellent Breakfast was taken in the french style cafe room .spotlessly clean in all areas and all staff were a credit to the hotel Very reasonably priced room Very much enjoyed our stay we regularly visit family in Dublin .First time stay at the hotel But will definitely make it our go too if available

Very comfy, much value for money. Good beds… Great location nearby Heuston Station. Luas & busses….. Will certainly come back. .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. I enjoyed my stay. One nice gentleman told me where I would be able to order a delicious meal in the evening. It was only a few minutes from the Hotel.

Good value for money hotel with great transport access and the wonderus Phoenix Park within a hop,skip and a jump of the door.

This is a great place to stay if you want value for money and excellent local transport links. There is a major rail station and. bus and tram connections within minutes walk giving easy acces to all of Dublin and large areas of the south and west of the country. There is a good range of local eateries that are worth exploring and finally Phoenix Park itself is beyond compare.

Excellent location, near Huston station and Tram line. And some good food options around, cafes and a centra just around the corner. Nice walking trail nearby in the phoenix park.
